After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Mr Morrison and Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the charge and Mr Morrison's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 23 May up to and including 2 June 2024 (3 days). Held up throughout the run home.
